HRNBiz.com - an ideal "work-from-home" solution

Hi

Last time you needed to hire a repairman or contractor, did you get less-than-stellar service or quality? Then you know first-hand the value of providing people with prescreened professionals who are qualified, reliable and licensed. And, in today’s uncertain economy, homeowners tend to scrutinize each investment dollar even more closely.

The National Association of Realtors reported that total sales were down in the fourth quarter by 8½ percent from the previous quarter and were 21 percent below where they were in the fourth quarter of 2006.

But the sluggish housing market actually means that things are looking up for HRN professionals:

  • People who can no longer afford to upgrade and move into a larger home are choosing to repair or renovate their existing home.

  • Those who do choose to move may need to buy a fixer-upper rather than pay top-dollar for one that was already renovated.

  • People always have to maintain their homes – and the older the home, the more repairs it may need.

  • And of course, contractors are even more receptive to finding new lead sources—like an HRN--when the economic climate is uncertain and they’re not as busy.

Which means that the Homeowner Referral Network business is a recession-proof business. It’s a valuable service when the economy is strong and homeowners have expendable income and an HRN is an indispensable resource when the economy is sluggish and homeowners are more careful about where to spend their home improvement dollars.

If you’re still interested in launching an HRN business and see a need for this type of service in your community, please let me know. I’ll be happy to answer any additional questions you may have.

Regards,

Debra

As I approach year 4 of actively working this business, I still count you as my most valuable business resource. Thanks for your ongoing support and friendship!

I think the Homeowner Referral Network Management Software (HRNMS) is a great tool, very easy to use, and a great asset to anyone in the HRN business.
