Like many new business owners, I had so many doubts when I first started my Homeowner Referral Network (HRN®) business:
“Would homeowners want to use my service?”
“Where would I find good contractors?”
“What if I didn’t make any money?”
But then something happened that gave me the courage I needed to move forward.
One evening I was having dinner with my husband and was plagued with self doubt. I ran through an endless list of all of the reasons why I thought my business would fail. After a few minutes of silence, my husband (who is my biggest cheerleader!) simply said to me:
“Then, don’t do it.”
I realized, at that moment, that my fear of not trying was greater than my fear of failure.
If you’re still considering the launch of an HRN® in your neighborhood, don’t let fear prevent you from launching your home based business. I’ve documented all of the “how to’s” of running a successful HRN and I’m here to help you every step of the way!
